Clarity PC
Principal Contractor site management under CDM 2015 — inductions, permits, RAMS, inspections, snags and the health and safety file.
One CDM system: inductions, sign-in and evacuation roll call, permits, RAMS with an AI first read, POWRA, inspections, incidents and RIDDOR, and the 64-item CDM checklist. Operatives and subcontractors are free, and there is no setup fee.

The delivery side of the site: programme, labour, plant and progress. Unlimited users, a contractor portal that needs no login, signed handovers and close-out certificates, a defects register and a weekly report that sends itself.
Smaller editions
Two cut-down editions exist for teams that want one job done rather than the whole system. Sign-In Only is site sign-in and roll call on its own. Snagging is snag lists and certificates on their own. Both upgrade in place, keeping everything already recorded.
