No setup fees. Pay monthly or annually, and annually costs the same as ten months. Clarity is sold for business use only. It is bought by companies and by people working for themselves, not by consumers.

Per live site
A flat price per live site, however many sites you run, with unlimited users on each. Operatives and subcontractors are never charged for.

What is never charged for
- Operatives, subcontractors, viewers, contractor links and personal links.
- A site in its defects period, where only the defects register and read-only access are being used.
- A closed site. It stays readable, free, and is never deleted.
- Setting up. There are no setup fees on any product.
Trials, and what happens if a payment lapses
Every product starts with a seven-day free trial and no card is needed to start. If a subscription lapses you keep full access for seven days, after which that product becomes read-only — you can still open, print and export everything, and nothing is deleted.
VAT, and who we sell to
These are the totals payable. We are not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is added.
